About Us
We began breeding show/pet quality Cocker Spaniels in 2001. Searching for a different breed , I wanted a lap dog :) We were quickly delighted by the Chinese Crested. Being a horse lover, they reminded me of little horses, so that sparked the curious side of me! So the more we read about them, the more we wanted to learn about this rare and unique breed. We added Chinese Crested to our family in 2006. Here at Mar-Sal Cresteds we are proud to say we raise happy... healthy puppies according to breed standards. We ocassionally have show/pet quality puppies available.
Mark and I have two adopted children, Ian and Talena , who help immensely with the rearing of the puppies. Raising puppies is a big responsibility and we all work very hard to love and socialize our puppies. It's a family effort and wonderful learning experience for all of us :)
