We are not Responsible For any additional Charges such as Shipping, Veterinarian Fee's, or Mental Health. This puppy is a purebred Chinese crested and sold as show potential/breeding or pet quality. All puppies come with full/limited AKC Registration and current vaccinations. To be eligible for this agreement, Buyer must take the puppy for a vet check within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of date of purchase or all guarantees are VOID. This guarantee IS NOT TRANSFERABLE to anyone other then original buyers. If pup shows any health problems within that 5 day period, Buyer must notify the Seller/Breeder IMMEDIATELY for an exchange of a Puppy/Dog of the same value. Seller gives 1 year (from date of purchase) guarantee against serious genetic defects. Buyer is responsible for all expenses and must return the pup back to the breeder for replacement pup of equal value when one becomes available or can keep the pup with proof of spay/neuter and will receive a pup of equal quality when one becomes available. We do NOT give REFUNDS BACK. If above dog is abused or neglected, seller reserves the right to take immediate repossession of the dog. If puppy is deceased A Necropsy is required by a certified veterinarian for determination, along with a written statement. Puppy also must be current with all vaccinations and preventative medications and be able to provide this to seller. If Buyer can not show this proper paperwork all Guarantees will be Null and Void. If Buyer cannot keep the pup for any reason, Buyer agrees to return the puppy back to Sallie B. Pifer. Under no circumstances is this puppy/dog to be sold, given away, transferred to any group or individual without Breeders written consent or approval. Sallie B. Pifer has first option of getting the pup/dog back and their is ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND returned back to Buyer for that puppy. In this case if the puppy is returned within 7 days from the date of sale then Sallie B. Pifer will replace that puppy with one of equal value when it becomes available. However Seller will not pay for the transportation that is the Buyers responsibility. We hope to place every puppy in the best homes possible that is why we require an application to be filled out and reviewed prior to purchasing a puppy. If the puppy does not work out Seller has first option of getting the puppy back. If I find you are trying to sell a puppy without my knowledge or written consent, you have broken this contract and a $5,000 Law suit or confiscation of the pup will be issued. I take this very seriously! Pet Quality pups comes with limited AKC and must be spayed/neutered by six months of age. Buyer will receive AKC papers Marked Limited. Under no circumstances is a pet quality puppy to be used for breeding. Failure to spay or neuter your puppy may result in fines and/or confiscation of the pup. THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SHOW OR BREED THIS PUPPY! Show prospects/breeders come with full AKC registration. In some cases, a co-ownership will accompany a bitch puppy for a lower price. In this case, the seller requires the buyer to give a puppy, from the bitch's first litter, to the seller. This puppy will be "pick of the litter" to the seller. Then a transfer of full ownership will then be given. This puppy is being sold healthy,to the best of our knowledge and in the case something should occur within the dogs life that enables to not show/breed that is beyond our control. The buyer has been made aware prior to purchasing this puppy. Sallie B. Pifer starts ear taping at 5 weeks of age unless the puppy has natural erect ears. It is up to the Buyer to continue taping which can take anywhere from 6 months to a year to get both ears up. We do not take responsibility once your puppy leaves here. Buyer please be aware that Skin allergies, missing teeth, a bite going off; all these are things that can occur later on in the puppy's life. I do Not Refund money back or replace the puppy unless it is something that is debilitating. Buyer has been made aware of this prior to purchasing the puppy. Please keep in mind when getting a pup at a young age, it is too early to determine a "show prospect" and at this time, this pup is being sold as "Show Potential" to the best of our knowledge. Buyer Agrees to the Following: • Annual Re-vaccination • Heartworm • Deworming or stool check from the vet after 4 months of age • Buyer agrees to take the best care of Puppy/Dog including all Routine and Emergency Vet care.
